Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or hygiene concerns.
Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

Proof of damage is required (clear photos of the product and packaging).

Once reviewed, if approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit. Refunds are only granted in rare cases at our discretion.
Exclusions

Damage caused by shipping carriers is not our responsibility. In such cases, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.

We do not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations.
