Return &  Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Brush & Slay purchase. Due to the personal-use nature of hair brushes, we maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.

Final Sale Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or hygiene concerns.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Proof of damage is required (clear photos of the product and packaging).

  • Once reviewed, if approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit. Refunds are only granted in rare cases at our discretion.

Exclusions

  • Damage caused by shipping carriers is not our responsibility. In such cases, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.

  • We do not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
