Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

• Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot change addresses once the order is placed, and we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• Once your order leaves our facility and is scanned by the shipping carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

• Brush & Slay is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

• If this occurs, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
